The plasterboard is not too thick or heavy to where you can barely lift it, and it can be found at most home supply stores. It is not difficult to cut to the right size and tends to go up more easily and quickly than other types of drywall. With some simple tools and supplies, you will be on your way to brand new walls.

You Can Paint over the Plasterboard Easily

You will most likely want to paint your interior walls, which you can easily do when you have plasterboard. It has a very smooth surface, making primer and paint glide right over it without excessive sanding needing to be done. This is also makes it easy to apply wallpaper without a lot of bumps or bubbles.
